Core Features
Materials: 45# steel (quenched and tempered, medium strength), 20CrMnTi (carburizing and quenching, high wear resistance), aluminum alloy (lightweight, suitable for low-load scenarios);
Function: Transmit torque, support rotating components, requires certain strength (bending resistance) and surface finish (Ra1.6-Ra3.2, reduce friction).
Application Scenarios
Transmission system: Micro motor shaft (such as toy motor), gear shaft (speed reducer gear and shaft integrated molding);
Support structure: Conveyor roller shaft, printer paper feed roller shaft, small fan shaft.
Adaptable Parts
Directly adaptable: Bearings (support shaft rotation, light load uses deep groove ball bearings, heavy load uses needle roller bearings), gears/pulleys (transmit torque through key connection or interference fit);
Auxiliary matching: Couplings (connect different shafts, compensate for coaxiality errors), bushings (reduce shaft and frame wear).
