Automatic lathe machining characteristics:
Metal substrates (such as stainless steel shafts) are formed in one piece by automatic lathes, with high mass production efficiency and accuracy reaching IT8-IT9 grade;
Surface knurling or drilling processes can be completed simultaneously (such as abrasive fixed holes).
Application scenarios:
Similar to the nail grinding heads in CNC lathe accessories, used for nail grinding and polishing in nail machines, but automatic lathe machining is more suitable for mass production of low-cost substrates.
Adaptable parts:
Cooperates with chucks (φ3-φ6mm metal chucks) processed by automatic lathes. The abrasive layer (aluminum oxide) is fixed to the substrate by sintering or bonding, and needs to be equipped with a motor spindle for quick replacement.
