Materials: SUS303, Brass (easy to process, corrosion-resistant), Low Carbon Steel (high strength, suitable for heavy loads);
Function: Fixing precision gears to shafts/gear frames, requiring small size (φ1-5mm), low tolerance (to ensure gear concentricity), and not affecting gear rotation flexibility.
Application Scenarios
Precision Mechanical Movements: Watch gear fixing (e.g., riveting quartz clock gears to shafts), small reducer gear assembly (toy motor reducers);
Micro Transmission Equipment: Printer movement gears, camera focusing gear fixing.
Compatible Parts
Direct Compatibility: Fixed gears (requiring pre-drilled rivet holes, with interference fit between hole diameter and rivet diameter), gear shafts/gear frames (the other end of the rivet is riveted to the shaft or frame, ensuring axial positioning of the gear);
Fit Requirements: Rivet length must match gear thickness + shaft/frame thickness, gear radial runout ≤0.02mm after riveting, to avoid jamming.
